1. Generelt

These terms and conditions apply to the use of ParkQR and all subscriptions purchased through parkqr.dk.

By creating an account, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

ParkQR is a digital solution for registering visitor parking using QR codes.

The solution enables organisations to let visitors register their parking quickly and easily without an app.

New customers receive a 14-day free trial.

The trial provides access to the platform features free of charge.

If the subscription is not cancelled before the trial ends, it continues as a paid subscription.

Standardabonnement:

DKK 249 per month excluding VAT

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and exclude VAT unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable notice.

Betaling sker sikkert via Stripe.

The subscription is charged automatically for the applicable billing period.

If payment is not made, access to ParkQR may be temporarily suspended until payment is completed.

The subscription can be cancelled at any time.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

No partial refund is provided for billing periods already started unless mandatory law requires it.

Planned maintenance, security updates or unforeseen service disruptions may occur.

ParkQR is provided as a digital service.

Maradi Advisory is not liable for indirect loss, business interruption, loss of profit or other consequential loss unless required by mandatory law.

All rights to ParkQR, including software, design, logos, text and content, belong to Maradi Advisory or its licensors.

Content may not be copied, distributed or used without prior written permission.

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on parkqr.dk.

These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law.

Any disputes will be decided under Danish law by the Danish courts.
